For new clients, please follow the instruction below: 

1. Download the CashV App on Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei App Gallery thru this link: 

2. Complete the registration process. Provide all the needed information and submit one (1) valid ID.

3. Apply for a loan. Select your desired loan amount, loan duration, and your preferred withdrawal channel.

4. Claim and enjoy your loan in your preferred disbursement channel.

 

*Make sure to pay on or before your due date to avail higher loan amount with longer terms in your next transaction.

 

For existing or returning clients:

Once you have fully settled your previous loan, you may reapply for another loan instantly! 

Please be noted that we cannot guarantee how much will be offered after your repayment. Keep in mind that early or on-time payments will grant you better loan terms.

 

Reminder: All loan applications can only be done through the CashV App. CashV will not be responsible for any loan transaction done outside the app.

We only accept these valid goverment issued IDs:

 

Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)

Passport (New and Old)

Driver’s License

Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Postal ID

We provide most loan decisions at least in a few hours. A SMS with the Contract Number/Reference Number will be sent to you once your loan is ready and available to obtain. Please note that the service charge will be automatically deducted from your approved loan amount. You may also view this information on your CashV App.

Loan Limits

Your first loan amount ranges from Php 2,000.00 to Php 5,000.00 and can grow up to Php 50,000.00 if you pay on-time regularly.

Apply for a loan regularly and maintain a good credit record to avail higher loan amount with longer terms. As long as you pay your loan on time, you get to avail higher levels with better loan terms!

Loan decisions are based on CashV's credit and underwriting models that take into account many factors, including your loan application information and identity verification points. We advise that you keep a good standing by paying on time and you may be able to qualify for a higher loan in the future.

Cashout Process and Questions

You may choose to receive your loan from the following channels:

 

M Lhuillier

RD Pawnshop

Palawan Pawnshop

Bank

GCash

Coins PH

ECPay

For Bank and e-Wallet Channels:

Your loan will be automatically transferred to your account once it is ready. 

You can view all the information about your loan in CashV App.

 

For Padala/Remittance Center Channels:

An SMS with the Contract Number/Reference Number will be sent to you once your loan is ready and available to obtain. Just present a valid ID with a signature upon claiming your loan.

 

Reminder: Please note that the service charge will be automatically deducted from your approved loan amount. 

If ‘Payment Failed’ shows in your loan status, it means there are errors occurred in dispatching your loan to your preferred disbursement channel.

 

If this occurs, kindly reach us through our Customer Service in CashV app, through our Facebook Page ( facebook.com/cashv.ph), and by sending us an email at info@cashv.phfor withdrawal account verification, correction, or change of withdrawal channel.

 

Reminder: A series of questions will be asked to ensure the authenticity of the user as the legal owner of the account.

Once your loan has been successfully disbursed, we are no longer able to change your withdrawal channel.

Loan Repayment

You can repay your loan at any 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, RD Pawnshop, GCash, Paymaya, ECPay, TrueMoney or ShopeePay. Take note of your Repayment Contract Number on your CashV App. A SMS will also be sent on your due date with these details. 

 

If you did not receive this information, please reach us out through our Customer Service in CashV App. 

 

PAYING THRU 7-ELEVEN (via Cliqq App or Kiosk) OR E-WALLET CHANNELS

1. Click ‘Bills Payment’.

2. Choose ‘FastPay’.

3. Put the Repayment Contract Number and your mobile number. 

4. Input the exact amount for repayment. 

 

PAYING THRU REMITTANCE CENTER (M Lhuillier or RD Pawnshop)

1. Fill up the ‘Bills Payment Form’

2. Company Name: “FastPay”

3. Put the Repayment Contract Number and your mobile number. 

4. Input the exact amount for repayment. 

 

 

Reminder: Keep your transaction record or official receipt in case of a payment dispute.

Yes, we accept payments done in installment amounts or in full before or on the due date! Early and on-time payments may help you qualify for better loans in your next loan transaction, increasing your badge level.

There will be a daily penalty charge on top of your existing loan balance if you do not pay your loan on or before your due date. To avoid having the overdue penalties, kindly settle your payment as soon as possible.

 

REMINDER: 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, RD Pawnshop, ECPay, TrueMoney, Paymaya or GCash are CashV's only authorized payment methods. We wish to remind our customers that payments NOT Made through these channels will NOT be processed.

 

If your balance is left unpaid, you will be endorsed to one of our debt collections partners and will contact you to make payment arrangements. Failing to settle your balance after multiple notices may affect your credit standing with CashV and may also affect your credit score. CashV reports to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) regularly.

Kindly reach out to our customer support team through your CashV app upon verification of the mispayment. 

 

We would be needing a clear picture of your Official Receipt that shows the following information:

- Amount Paid

- Date

- Control Number in which the payment was made

If you made an overpayment, the excess amount would be automatically deducted to your next loan transaction.

There might have been a delay and our goal is to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Any time you make a payment, please give us 24 hours to apply the payment to your account before contacting us. Please note that sometimes there is a delay in reporting your payment to us from the repayment center you paid at.

 

If you still do not see your payment reflected on your CashV App after 24 hours, kindly contact us with the following information:

 

A clear picture of your payment receipt or Official Receipt.

Make sure we are able to read ALL of the following information:

- Invoice ID

- Amount

- Date and time the payment was made

        

Once we have ALL this information, we will be able to look into your account and take all the needed action.
